I just saw this on a friends FB page & thought I'd share. :)

okay so now that i can post about it, I met Gaga this week! i met her at before the surgery and she was wearing a white versace shirt and the YSL white hat, she told us that she had surgery the next day and broke down it was so sad but we all gave her hugs but she didn't wanna do pictures she said she didn't feel well at all and then her team tells us that they're having meetings about rescheduling the dates they missed for the third quarter of the year which is the summer and that they might just add some things from ARTPOP, maybe a single or two. I LOVE MY LIFE!!

Possible Ratchet Leak?

I am in no ways saying this is real, but tell me what you guys think.

So the caption said that someone had recorded this with their cellphone, and it shows. However if you listen with your headphones you can easily hear Azealia's voice singing in the beginning and definitely hear Gaga when they "Ratchet girl won't fool me again." ESPECIALLY with the way she sings the word "again."
Also that general lyric has been floating around for a while now after she sang that line at the BTW ball one night.

The possible leak also sounds very Gaga ish, and I'm not saying it's real but I find it to be likely!

Lemme know what you guys think

Wednesday, 13 February 2013 - For immediate release. Live Nation Global Touring has confirmed that the remainder of the Lady Gaga Born This Way Ball performances have been cancelled. After additional tests this morning to review the severity of the issue, it has been determined that Lady Gaga has a labral tear of the right hip caused by strenuous repetitive movements in her performances. She will need surgery to repair the problem, followed by strict down time to recover. This unfortunately, will force her to cancel the tour, so she can heal. Refunds for the cancelled performances will be available at point of purchase starting Feb 14, 2013.

Due to a case of synovitis, (severe inflammation of joints), Lady Gaga’s doctor has ordered her to postpone The Born This Way Ball performances in Chicago, Detroit and Hamilton. “I am completely devastated and heartsick. I’ve been hiding this injury and pain from my staff for a month, praying it would heal, but after last night’s performance I could not walk. To the fans in Chicago, Detroit and Hamilton, I hope you can forgive me as it is nearly impossible for me to forgive myself right now. I would do anything for you. I will hopefully heal as soon as possible and be at 500% again, which is what you deserve.” – Lady Gaga

The postponed performances are as follows:

Feb. 13 & 14 – Chicago, IL – United Center

Feb. 16 – Detroit, MI – Palace of Auburn Hills

Long time no see, but I met Gaga

Hi everyone! It's been a literal HOT MINUTE (or like, a few years) since I was around these parts!

Anyways, I went to the BTWB in St. Paul earlier tonight, and was in the Monster Pit (#88!). Before we got in the pit, my friends and I went to the Born Brave Bus and were walking around when, to our surprise, Gaga comes out and is swarmed by people. She made her way into one of the tents and while everyone else followed her, creating a bottleneck behind her, my pals and I use the other door and end up right in front of her.

(Her hair was FAB, too. She kept it green for the show!)

I show up at about :15 in. I'm the first one she talks to and she rubs up on my jacket. She told me she liked it, and you can hear me offer to let her have it at :22 (not sure what I was thinking, there. I worked hard on that, but if she had wanted it, I would have given it to her). It was so ridiculous, because we just thought we were beating a crowd when she turns up right in front of us. It was legit ridic. About 3 seconds after the camera goes away from us, my friend (the tall ass one who she talks to after me) and I dissolve into sissy sobs, so thank god it moved away.

And then the concert was amazing and she smiled at me and my friends a few time (we were near the front of the pit). It was amazing.

Gaga vs ex-Assistant (new details)

Back in the December of 2011, Lady Gaga's ex-assistant Jennifer O'Neill (pictured above with Gaga in 2010) filed a lawsuit against Gaga, who she had been aide to for only 13 months. Now details have emerged from the August 6 deposition.

Gaga's version of events:

Lady Gaga unloaded on a former personal assistant who’s suing her for overtime pay — blasting the woman in a sworn deposition as a “fucking hood rat who is suing me for money that she didn’t earn.”

“She’s just — she thinks she’s just like the queen of the universe,” Gaga ranted, court records obtained by The Post show.

“And, you know what, she didn’t want to be a slave to one, because in my work and what I do, I’m the queen of the universe every day.”

The “Born This Way” singer couldn’t maintain her poker face, either, shooting a nasty aside at ex-aide Jennifer O’Neill near the start of Gaga’s marathon, six-hour testimony in a Midtown Manhattan law office.

“Are you going to stare at me like a witch this whole time — honestly?” Gaga asked. “Because this is going to be a long fucking day that you brought me here.”

Gaga even had some choice words for one of O’Neill’s lawyers, Paul Millus, at one point answering him: “No, no, no. Listen, listen, sir, if you’re going to ask me questions for the next five hours, I am going to tell you exactly what fucking happened, so that the judge can read on this transcript exactly what’s going on.”

Gaga’s foulmouthed assertions came in response to a 2011 suit filed in Manhattan federal court by O’Neill, who claims she’s owed overtime for serving at Gaga’s “beck and call” around the clock while the singer’s career skyrocketed between early 2009 and March 2011.

O’Neill says she put in 7,168 hours of unpaid overtime during two stints working for Gaga — who’s listed in the suit under her real name, Stefani Germanotta — and is owed more than $393,000, plus damages.

During her videotaped Aug. 6 deposition, Gaga said none of her employees get paid overtime, adding that O’Neill “knew exactly what she was getting into, and she knew there was no overtime, and I never paid her overtime the first time I hired her, so why would she be paid overtime the second time?”

“This whole case is bullshit, and you know it,” she added.

But under questioning, she conceded her decision not to pay overtime wasn’t based on labor laws, but is “actually based on a bubbly, good heart.”

“I’m quite wonderful to everybody that works for me, and I am completely aghast to what a disgusting human being that you have become to sue me like this,” she said.

“Because she slept in Egyptian cotton sheets every night, in five-star hotels, on private planes, eating caviar, partying with [photographer] Terry Richardson all night, wearing my clothes, asking YSL [Yves Saint Laurent] to send her free shoes without my permission, using my YSL discount without my permission.”

Gaga said O’Neill’s job, which paid $75,000 a year, “was essentially a favor, and Jennifer was majorly unqualified for it.”

“I expect there to be a certain level of, like, you know, knowledge and academia about, like, your job,” she said.

Gaga — who now has two personal assistants — said a good assistant “is somebody that can anticipate what you need before you need it, so they buy it for you, or they — they set it up for you.”

But Gaga said O’Neill failed at even the most basic of tasks, noting that “one of the biggest problems I had with Jen is that I felt like she didn’t enough lay out all my stuff for me” while traveling, because “there is 20 bags and there is only one me, and I can’t sift through everything.

“She would only open a couple of bags, and it was very stressful for me because then again on my off days I couldn’t really have a day off because, you know, I weigh 115 pounds, and I was trying to move these huge, big luggages all by myself in the room, and I did it all the time — by the way, she was asleep until 12:00 most of the time, so I was very often waking up and moving my own luggage and doing shit by myself, and it was — it was a problem that I had,” she said.

And while previous assistants “would like set up my room, and I would know where my clothes were, I would know where my toothbrush was, I would know where my soap and everything was,” Gaga said that when O’Neill “got lazy she didn’t always do those things for me.

“I can’t walk down the street and go buy myself toiletries, I have to call security, I’ve got to call Jen or now I got to call Wendi, I’ve got to get a whole bunch of people together to help me fix the problem, which wouldn’t happen if she was doing her job properly on regular days,” Gaga said.

Gaga also portrayed O’Neill as an ingrate who took for granted the parties, “five-star hotels” and other luxuries — including “caviar, champagne and yachts” — that she got to enjoy as part of Gaga’ s entourage.

“It is, like, such an amazing luxury that I get to travel the world and have planes, she doesn’t even see what a luxury it is, but she thinks it’s owed to her for no reason,” the singer said.

At one point, Gaga bragged about how the night before, her employees enjoyed a “beautiful $3,000 meal that I paid for” at Spiaggia in Chicago, billed as the only four-star Italian eatery in the Windy City.

Gaga said she picked up the tab “just because,” noting, “They were on their day off, and they all just wanted to be with me.”

She also insisted that all her employees work only an eight-hour day — while also noting, “This job is a 9-to-5 job that is spaced out throughout the day.”

“You don’t get a schedule that is like you punch in and you can play fucking Tetris at your desk for four hours and then you punch out at the end of the day. This is — when I need you, you’re available.”

Gaga said she appreciates that “an eight-hour workday could still be a very difficult workday, you know, if you’re digging ditches or, you know, you’re, you know, putting sealing on a roof, you know.”

“I’m not in any way discounting how hard an eight-hour work day can be, or discounting the role of an assistant.”

But she also noted, “I do six shows a week, and I make a lot of money. I work, I work 24 hours a day. I’m not standing next to Steve holding tea, waiting for him to take a sip, that is not what I do,” Gaga said.

“Not that people who do that don’t deserve their hourly pay, but I’m just pointing out that I deserve everything I’ve worked for. I deserve every dollar of it. And she deserves every dollar of her $75,000 that we agreed to. But she does not deserve a penny more.”

Rather than paying off O’Neill, Gaga said, “I’m going to give all the money that she wants to my employees that work hard for me now that deserve it.

“I’m not going to give it to her so she can go to Intermix and buy herself a new tube top,” the snippy superstar groused.

While the court papers don’t detail the start of their relationship, Gaga said it ended when, during a flight to Paris, O’Neill slept in one of two beds on Gaga’s jet.

“Most of my assistants in the past always offered it to my mother or my family,” the singer said. “Jennifer was the first person that never offered it to anybody and always took it for herself.”

Even worse, Gaga said, O’Neill refused to share any pillows with two other women.

“And she said, ‘No, I need my three pillows so I can sleep,’ ” Gaga said.

“I heard it. I immediately was so sick by it and upset that I turned over and went back to sleep.”

In Paris, Gaga, who was there to walk the runway at Thierry Mugler’s fall 2011 fashion show, said O’Neill “wore my coat when we were at the show, she wore my clothes.”

Afterward, “we partied until 5 in the morning, we got shit hammered, I was crawling on the streets in Paris, I was screaming.

“Jennifer was there. She hung out all night with me and Terry Richardson, and tons of socialites from Paris, and she had the time of her life,” Gaga said.

The next morning, Gaga said, she “barely could talk” but had to fly back to America that night — “I mean, what a rock-star moment, right?”

But on the flight back, Gaga said, O’Neill insisted on sleeping in the second bed and “completely, like, flipped out at me, beyond belief” when “I told her no.”

“I said, ‘Jennifer, this is really inappropriate in front of Terry Richardson,’ and she was like, ‘Don’t I get some sort of seniority because I’ve been here longer and I’m your friend?’ ” Gaga said.

“And I remember those words as clear as day, because when your best friend looks you in the eye and says ‘Why can’t I have that seat on your private plane, I’m your friend,’ the first thing I thought was ‘You’re not my fucking friend.’ ”

Jennifer's bitch fit:

“I was by her side virtually 24 hours a day, seven days a week,” O’Neill testified. “That includes sleeping in the same bed with her. Because she did not sleep alone.”

When asked if the unusual task was “required” as part of her job, O’Neill said, “I felt it was.”

“Unlike anybody else on that tour, I did not have my own hotel room. I was not asked if I wanted my own hotel room,” she said.

Transcript excerpts from O’Neill’s July 11 deposition at a Times Square law office don’t suggest there was any hanky-panky between her and Gaga, an outspoken supporter of gay rights.

And O’Neill noted, “I had no privacy, no chance to talk to any family, no chance to talk to any friends, no chance to have sex if I wanted to have sex. There was no chance to do anything.”

O’Neill, who’s suing Gaga for more than $390,000 in unpaid overtime, plus damages, also revealed that her daily duties included making sure Gaga “had taken her medicine,” although the specific drugs aren’t identified in the Manhattan federal court filing.

She said the 26-year-old superstar — who in her own deposition declared: “I’m the queen of the universe every day” — “made it clear” that “I expect you to be working and to be available 24/7.”

”And she was quite irate that she couldn’t reach me on my phone a couple of times, and was quite angry and asked me why she was paying for this hotel room if I was unreachable,” she said.

O’Neill said Gaga even interrupted her while she was getting her hair cut by Gaga’s stylist after he finished with the singer.

“She might have said I need some tea, I need — can you get my computer for me, can you get my phone, my battery is dead, I need a tampon, the toilet doesn’t flush,” O’Neill said.

And “another thing she would do in the middle of the night, would be wake me up to have me change the DVD in the DVD player because she didn’t want to watch that DVD any more and she couldn’t get up to walk across the room to change the DVD herself,” O’Neill said.

Gaga, who’s worth more than $50 million, according to Forbes, spared no expense pampering herself, O’Neill said, including having diet food “sent overnight to her from California” by the Sunfare meal-delivery service.

“So stuff would be FedExed to my room, let’s say, the room that I’m maintaining for her, and then I would have to find where she is in New York, which may be Brooklyn, may be her parents’ house, and I would have to hand-deliver Sunfare food to her so that she had something to eat,” she said.

One time, when Gaga was editing the “Born This Way” video in a hotel room with director Nick Knight, O’Neill said she “was supposed to be having dinner with a friend in the hotel, because I couldn’t leave.”

“But she called me and she said that she needed her food to be heated up in the hotel. So she needed me to come and personally heat up her food while she was looking at the video,” O’Neill said.

Gaga even rented a room in the Trump Soho “which is a whole room of clothes....an entire hotel room that is an actual closet for her,” O’Neill said.

O’Neill’s lawyer, Virginia Trunkes, wrote in court papers that the case “illustrates that dichotomy between celebrity and assistant, between rich and poor, between those who have and those who have not, and, most of all, between the hubris of a person so enamored with her status that she considers herself above the law.”

Meanwhile, legal experts told The Post that Gaga was wrong when she testified that her assistants aren’t entitled to overtime because they’re working “a 9:00 to 5:00 job that is spaced out throughout the day.”

Prominent labor lawyer Justin Swartz said: “If the personal assistant is required to be at Lady Gaga’s beck and call, Lady Gaga has to pay for that.”

- messy, messy stuff. I think it isn't really a black-and-white kind of thing. I don't agree with Gaga's idea to not pay overtime for her staff, I think the employees should be paid for every hour that they are there, working for her. But I suppose if it was in Jennifer's contract that she wasn't going to be paid overtime and she knew this beforehand, she really shouldn't be dragging Gaga's name through the dirt. But I guess you aren't really famous until your 'friends' start suing you.
I hope to God that Gaga gets her own fucking tampon and changes her own DVDs. I can understand some requests (the helping unpack bags and setting up the room for her seem mostly reasonable to me or ensuring Gaga had taken medication) but others are really ridiculous. That all comes with the territory, you can't be a diva without having some diva demands like food sent in to you from California or calling yourself a Queen and insisting someone sleep in your bed and having a whole room dedicated to your massive wardrobe.

We'll see how this pans out, after reading Gaga and Jennifer's quotes I don't see an easy end any time soon...

So, my friend and I are going to the concert in Houston this Thursday and we really want to get into the Monster Pit. We were planning to be dressed up and get there right at 8 AM to get in line, but now I've heard there are already people lined up off-premises... I can't really afford to do that, but now I'm worried about getting bitched out by crazed fans if we happen to get in the "official" line before them.

Does anyone who's been to the recent shows know how it works? How strict are they about not lining up before 8 AM? When do they start giving out wristbands, and how many people get into the Monster Pit? Any tips for the day of?

Lady Gaga Changing Lives With Touring Youth Services

You know that old saying "put your money where your mouth is?" Well, Lady Gaga is using both – her money and her mouth – on her current U.S. concert tour, with the specific aim of empowering the world, one little monster at a time.

In pursuit of that goal, the "Born This Way" singer has added a special sidecar to her traveling show, something called the Born Brave Bus, a.k.a. Gaga's concert "tailgate" party. Instead of beers and barbecues, however, the tour bus seeks to edify by other means, aiming to stimulate conversation and education around the topics of safety, skills and opportunity, the three pillars of her Born This Way Foundation.

Opening three hours before every U.S.-based Gaga concert (33 dates in total), the Born Brave compound – a mini-festival available to all youth (ticketholders or not) – is a haven designed to provide community, strength and support for anyone under the age of 25.

Although Gaga spoke very little at the bus' debut in Tacoma (January 14th), she did tell the crowd, "If you are part of the community that you want to change, the change begins with you." The singer then sipped champagne, christened the bus with the bottle and did a quick happy dance to kick off the roadshow.

She has been more effusive in related tweets, however, writing, "At the #BornBraveBus you have access to professional private or group chats about mental health, depression, bullying, school & friends." She also tweeted that the bus "is a place where mental health + depression are taken seriously w/ no judgement, FREE real help available to all."

Dr. Sue Swearer, the bus' behavioral health team lead, described the setup as a series of "pods," each providing access to related national and regional assistance and networking opportunities. In every city, you'll find an LGBT pod, a Mentoring section, a Behavioral Health area and a Local Community Resources team. Registrants get free access to on-site computers that provide anti-bullying resources, gay, lesbian, bi- and trans- support group contact info, and direction for those seeking out volunteer opportunities. There are also additional areas where attendees can lounge and chat with peers, write messages on blackboards, even leave notes for Gaga herself.

Dr. Swearer, an anti-bullying expert, said she has already witnessed amazing groundswells in the early days of the tour. "People come up and say, 'Lady Gaga saved my life,' or 'saved my child's life. I feel OK because she's empowering me to say who I am.' Just in the first two events, I heard 50-plus stories like that. It is such a positive, supportive environment for everybody."

Dr. Swearer said that although she's been working in this field for years, the Born Brave Bus is providing her some profound learning opportunities. "I've been a professor for 15 years, I'm a licensed psychologist, studied bullying and various issues, and I would say that this is really an eye-opening experience for me. I'm learning about the diversity of experiences that people have, and also the ability to connect on a very fundamental message, which is 'acceptance.' If everybody were to accept everybody, a lot of issues wouldn't exist – a lot of conflict in our world wouldn't be there. On some level, it is a very simple message, but also very profound. That's my main take-home – if everybody was kind, if everybody was brave and stood up for the injustice that they saw, if everybody was accepting, then a lot of human ills wouldn't exist."

Another key contributor to the Born Brave experience is a close friend of Gaga's, a singer/performance artist named Breedlove, who acts as the Born This Way Foundation's chief ambassador. Breedlove said both he and Gaga are being hugely affected by what is happening at the Born Brave bus in each city.

"Every day we talk about it after her show. On a daily basis, she says, 'This is the most important thing in my life right now.'" Clearly affected, Breedlove added, "You can measure your success based on album sales or artistic endeavors, but when you come to a town and you meet youth that haven't had access to people that understand them, and they tell you that you've changed their life, I think that is the most incredible experience you could have on earth."

Lady Gaga and The Skype Ball

As some of y'all may remember LittleMonsters.com and Skype teamed up, encouraging Little Monsters to join Skype and enter a competition that would allow them the chance to have a Skype chat with Lady Gaga. I kind of forgot about it, but it went ahead on the 17th of January.
Taking a break from The Born This Way Ball Gaga went in to the Skype building (taking Fozzibear with her for a quick cameo) for a chat with five randomly selected fans. Beforehand on Twitter Gaga told us the chat would go on for five hours, claiming she was nervous but excited.

After less than half an hour Gaga bowed out (claiming she needed to rest up before The Ball), never to return again!

I dunno, I was really let down. I mean, WTF, where's my five hour chat bitch?! I get that she is a busy woman and I appreciate all the stuff she has to do but she shouldn't have said 5 hours only to leave after twenty minutes, pisspoor Gaga.
I can't believe how little questions the Monsters asked about ARTPOP, that would be the first thing I would want to ask! I ADORED her reaction to the question about her best Skype moment, too cute, I wonder if Taylor is her best Skype moment ;) I also loved that one of the Monsters brought Jo Calderone up, 'we broke up', haha. I'm happy that he was brought back to her attention, just to let her know how much we miss him! I think there should have been way more questions taken from the Monsters writing in because the crew she was actually Skype-ing with seemed a little nervous (understandably) and like they didn't really have their questions together, that would have helped to flow way better, like an actual interview
I CANNOT BELIEVE how much Skype messed up!! I've had lots of problems with it in the past and now this is another to add to the list, WHAT A JOKE! The sound wasn't consistent and why did the pictures along the bottom keep disappearing? My heart really goes out to the girl Monster who couldn't hear Gaga at all. What a bad day for Skype, all those people watching and it flops. If they can't get it right for Lady Gaga, with all her Monsters watching, when can they get it right? I think Gaga saw how much it was mucking up and thought 'this ship is sinking, let's get off before it drowns', so wrapped it up. I feel bad for her, she was really excited and Skype ran into problem-after-problem, how disappointing.

I am responding to your open letter to my
daughter Kelly, and I am perplexed as to why you would go public with an
open letter. Regarding this current situation; Kelly didn’t contact
you, I was the one that contacted your manager today and the email is
attached below for your reference. I reached out to him as Kelly’s
manager and mother to ask him if you could address your “little monster”
fans and stop them from writing libelous, slanderous and vile comments
about my family, including death threats to Kelly. Your open letter is
hypocritical and full of contradictions. And as your mother Cynthia
supports you, I support my daughter Kelly. I must say your opinions on
what is politically correct and acceptable totally differ from mine, but
that is what makes the world so interesting…we are all different. How
sweet that you have empathy for my daughter, as you feel that she has
taken a less passionate path in life. You say her work on E! with the
Fashion Police is “rooted in criticism, judgment, and rating people’s
beauty against one another.” Welcome to the real world. Example, when I
saw you wear a dress made out of raw meat, I was sickened. When I see
you wearing fur, and using it as a fashion statement, the fact that
defenseless animals have been killed so you can get your picture in the
press is abhorrent to me. Shouldn’t you be teaching your “little
monster” fans to respect animals and life? I don’t feel I have to
justify Kelly’s choices in life to you. By your actions to Kelly right
now, you have shown me that you are nothing more than a publicly seeking
hypocrite and an attention seeker. You know it would have been much
more dignified of you to do this privately. I am calling you a bully
because you have 32 million followers hanging on your every word and you
are criticizing Kelly in your open letter. Are you so desperate that
you needed to make this public?

You state “Everyday,
through my music and public voice I choose to be positive and work
towards a kinder and braver world with our community of followers.” Well
this obviously is not translating well to your fans, as a large portion
of them have not only been vile to Kelly, but also other celebrities
such as Madonna, Adele and Rihanna. “You say a kinder, braver world” I
don’t know what world you live in, but supporting disgraceful fan
comments doesn’t fall under the words “kinder and braver.” It comes under the heading of bullshit.

In
closing, stop wearing fur, stop looking for publicity, and stop using
your fans to belittle not just Kelly but an endless stream of
celebrities. A word from you would stop all the hideous, negative
and vile threats from your “little monsters.” Let me know if you want to
continue this debate. I’m an open playing field for you my darling.

Since wrapping up the European leg of The Born This Way Ball (and rocking it on stage with The Rolling Stones) Lady Gaga has headed back home for Christmas in New York with her family, singing in the kitchen, wrapping presents and sending out some kooky Tweets

Later she set off for a shopping trip with Haus members Tara Savelo and Brandon Maxwell, revealing she still loves a bargain
